Students who decide to withdraw must submit a written cancellation request to LionTech Academy by email at liontechacademy@gmail.com.

Refund Period

Tuition paid is refundable when LionTech Academy receives the written cancellation request within the first seven calendar days following the official class start date.

After the Refund Period

After the seven-day refund period has ended, all tuition paid is non-refundable.

Students using a monthly payment plan remain responsible for any amounts required under their signed enrollment agreement.

Approved Refunds and Applicable Rights

Any refund that is approved will be returned using the original payment method within the processing period stated in the enrollment agreement.

This policy is subject to any mandatory cancellation or refund rights provided by the laws applicable to the student’s enrollment.
